Directions Of Use
- For scoring skin, position the tenderiser on top of the skin and press down until the blades penetrate the fat layer only. Move from one end of the meat to the other.
- For tenderising and marinating, position the meat tenderiser on top of the meat and press down until the blades penetrate the meat. Move from one end of the meat to the other, and repeat on both sides.
- Note always use on boneless meat cuts only. Always use a chopping board.
