Directions For Use
- Assemble by inserting the two end tabs into the slots of the central charcoal basket.
- Place the charcoal baskets on the kettle or drum smoker in the preferred position.
- Light charcoal using the Charmate Chimney Starter. When coals have ashed over, carefully transfer them to the baskets. For indirect, split the baskets off to either side; for direct, place both baskets in the centre of the grill together.
