Paddock to Plate
Hailing from the mighty Waikato, Mike and Jodi live in Waihi on a farm providing ethical and stress-free grain-fed meat. Mike's experience in the home kill trade and retail butchery led to his insight that the way you slaughter meat can lead to differences in taste.
On any given day, you'll find the pair out in the paddock, in the butchery or dropping off meat to numerous businesses around the Waikato. If you've tried their best-selling Kranksy's, you'll know why they are clocking up the miles delivering and selling their product across the region.
