Noel Hassapladakis's 'Just Keep Flipping' method to cook the perfect scotch steaks on the Charmate Shogun Hibachi Grill.
- Rub steaks with Rum & Que Intensify Rub followed by Stef The Maori Deep Bush Seasoning.
- Leave the steaks to sweat on a chopping board for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the steaks to the Charmate Shogun Hibachi Grill, flipping every 20 seconds or so until they probe at a temperature of 130 F or over.
- Remove from the grill and cover lightly with a sheet of tin foil (without sealing) for 5 minutes. This will result in a medium done steaks.
- Slice through the middle, enjoy!
