A delicious, creamy cob loaf recipe cooked on the Charmate Stack Pro.
Directions
- Prepare the cob loaf by slicing off the top and hollowing out the insides. Set the top and removed pieces aside for later.
- Dice any ingredients needing preparation, like bacon and onions.
- Place hot BBQ Briquettes in the bottom centre of the Charmate Stack Pro.
- Using a cast iron pot, add ingredients like onion, bacon and spinach, cook until softened. Then add cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream and cheese. Stir in french Onion soup mix and Rum & Que Umami Garlic Butter seasoning, allowing everything to combine and heat through. Adjust ingredients to taste for your desired flavour.
- Place the hollowed-out loaf in the Charmate Stack Pro and fill will the creamy mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top for a crispy finish. Add the reserved pieces of bread alongside the loaf to toast.
- Cover with the lid and allow everything to heat through, ensuring the cheese on top is golden and bubbly.
- Once ready, remove the loaf and enjoy dunking!
