Directions for Use
- Place two fire lights at the base of the fire cone and light.
Pour charcoal on the top. Place the cooking grill above the fire cone when the charcoal is red hot.
For indirect cooking, place the food on the outer edges of the grill.
- For searing, place food directly over the fire cone for intense searing.
