Who can enter
This promotion is only open to New Zealand residents over 18 years of age. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
This promotion is not open to trade (commercial) or wholesale customers.
Promotional Period
The promotion commences Midday, Thursday 24th October – Midnight, Thursday 31st October 2019 (Promotional Period).
Entries must be received between Midday, Thursday 24th October – Midnight, Thursday 31st October 2019. Entries received after this date will be ineligible.
The main prize draw will take place at 10.00am, Friday 1st November at Aber Living, 17 Mainstreet Place, Te Rapa, Hamilton.
How to enter
To enter, simply tag a mate you think would love to win a Corona on the specific Charmate Facebook or Instagram post and follow the Charmate Facebook or Instagram page.
Major Prize Draw
All entries received will go in the draw to win the major prize.
The winners will be the first valid entry drawn at random after the closing time.
If the winners cannot be contacted within 48 hours the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.
The major prize is two Charmate Corona Kettle BBQ valued at $329RRP each, and 5 packs of Rum & Que Dry Rubs as well as a pre-launch sample of their new Meat Juice Sauce (a total Rum & Que Value of over $72RRP).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the prize. For example, food, charcoal, or any other additional charges, are the responsibility of the winner.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected or illegible entries. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entry forms will be deemed invalid.
If any part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
No part of the prize is transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant; or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
