How To Use Wood Chips
1. Place wood chips in a smoker box and smoke according to its instructions. Alternatively, wrap wood chips in aluminium foil with holes punched in the top and place on top of glowing charcoal.
2. Enure the wood chips catch fully. Wait until the initial thick white smoke has changed to a thin blue smoke before adding food.
